Eight Game Road Trip Wraps Up Sunday in Rochester

Winnipeg, MTB - The Providence Bruins fell to the Manitoba Moose 2-0 Saturday evening at the MTS Centre.  The P-Bruins wrap up their eight game road trip Sunday against the Rochester Americans at the Blue Cross Arena at 6:05 p.m.

After a scoreless opening period, the Moose took a 1-0 advantage with seven seconds left in the second period, while on the power play.  Jason Krog tallied his 22^nd goal of the season, with Dylan Yeo and Shaun Heshka recording the assists.  Manitoba went into the second intermission leading 1-0.

Manitoba added an insurance goal at the 5:35 mark of the third period.  Michael Grabner netted his 24^th goal of the season, while Guillaume Desbiens and Krog picked up the assists.  Manitoba went on to the 2-0 victory.

Kevin Regan stopped 27 of 29 shots for the P-Bruins, while Cory Schneider made 29 saves for the Moose.  The P-Bruins were 0-for-8 on the power play and 3-for-4 on the penalty kill.
