The Providence Bruins erased a two-goal deficit in the third period to defeat the Bridgeport Islanders 3-2 in a shootout on Saturday night at the Amica Mutual Pavilion.

Forward Matej Blumel posted a goal and two assists, while Patrick Brown scored twice to help the Providence Bruins top the Lehigh Valley Phantoms 6-4 on Wednesday night at the PPL Center.
