PROVIDENCE BRUINS SIGN CROSS HANAS TO ONE-YEAR AHL CONTRACT

Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins announced today that the team has signed forward Cross Hanas to a one-year American Hockey League contract.
Hanas, 24, skated in 56 AHL games with the Texas Stars last season, recording 15 goals and 23 assists for 38 points. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound forward also posted three game-winning goals and a plus-6 rating. Hanas has appeared in 202 career AHL games with Texas and Grand Rapids, totaling 41 goals and 47 assists for 88 points.
The Highland Village, Texas, native was originally selected by Detroit in the second round (55th overall) of the 2020 NHL Draft.
