Matthew Poore has been a member of the Providence Bruins executive team for more than 25 seasons. Matthew’s focus on fan experience, community involvement, strengthening the partnership with the Boston Bruins, and staff development, has helped establish the Providence Bruins as one of the marquee minor league franchises in all of professional sports. Prior to joining the Providence Bruins, Matthew is one of only a handful of hockey executives to work in 5 different Leagues; NHL, AHL, IHL, CHL, and WPHL. Matthew currently serves on the American Hockey League Board of Governors and has chaired many League committees, including the League’s marketing committee, playoff committee, and team business committee. Matthew’s daughter Julia is a USA Lacrosse Academic All-American and Bates College commit. Matthew lives in Rhode Island with wife Jennifer, and children Michael and Julia.
