Providence Bruins

Manchester, NH– The Providence Bruins took on the Manchester Monarchs at 7PM tonight at the Verizon Wireless Arena.


The P-Bruins started off the first period strong when Alexander Khokhlachev got on the board with an assist from David Pastrnak. As the first period winded down, Cunningham scored making the score 2-0. At the end of the 1st, Providence outshot the Monarchs 13-10.


The Providence Bruins kept the momentum going in the 2nd after a turnover when Khokhlachev gets his second of the night. Cunningham gets his second of the night with assists from Spooner and Lindblad making the score 4-0. At the 16:43 of the 2nd period, Cunningham gets a hat trick making the score 5-0. Despite the fact that Manchester outshot the Providence Bruins 22-20 through the 3rd period, the score remained 5-0. 


After a very quiet 3rd period the Providence Bruins defeated the Manchester Monarchs 5-0.
