GRANT’S OT GOAL SENDS PROVIDENCE HOME 2-1 WINNERS

After a quiet start, Providence opened the scoring at 7:24. The ThunderBirds finally snuck one by to tie the score at 5:47 in the second period. While on the power play, Mike Sgarbossa found open space at the top of the right circle and hit the back of the net for his fourth goal of the season.
